For now, we are only able to offer our unlimited membership as a yearly commitment.
Once you’ve signed up for your unlimited membership, you’ll be provided with a code that will enable you to have a year of unlimited virtual consultations through the TELUS Health MyPet app with a virtual vet or vet technician. Please keep in mind this service is only for dogs and cats.
The membership and commitment spans a year. For any moves or unfortunate passes, please contact us.
There are no additional fees or hidden costs associated with the membership. The membership fee is all-inclusive of the benefits offered. Enjoy 10% off all medication, medical services and procedures in our clinic.
No, the membership is available for dogs, cats and small pocket pets of all ages. Please keep in mind the unlimited TELUS Health MyPet app virtual consultations can only be offered to dogs or cats.
Virtual consultations through the TELUS Health MyPet app can be used for a wide range of issues, including behavioral concerns. However, please note that certain conditions may require an in-person visit for proper diagnosis and treatment.
The membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless specified.In the case that the discount advertised is larger, a member can take advantage of the larger savings.
Memberships are non-transferable. However, if your pet passes away, please contact us to discuss your options.
The membership covers regular clinic hours. For emergency services or after-hours care, please contact the nearest emergency veterinary hospital.

Failure to attend an appointment or canceling without giving at least 24 hours’ notice, the appointment fee will be charged to your account. Canceled appointments with greater than 24 hours notice will result in no penalty.

The “”Unlimited Membership”” at Little Paws Animal Clinic (LPAC) includes unlimited in-person physical consultations at the LPAC physical address, unlimited TELUS Health MyPet veterinary and vet technician consultations on the MyPet smartphone app, a 10% discount on in-person medical treatments and prescriptions fulfilled at LPAC, and a 10% discount on in-person retail purchases at LPAC or online using LPAC’s myVETstore retail site. The membership is valid for one year commencing on the date of purchase.
Where not otherwise covered under a Plan, you will be responsible for any payments associated with additional examinations or tests requested by the physician following and as a result of the Vet Services and any additional services requested by you.
We do not guarantee the availability of any particular Vet Professionals at any particular time. We will do what we can to arrange a consultation with a Vet Professional as soon as possible, but do not guarantee to offer consultations within a particular time.
You will be charged a fee for canceled or postponed Vet Services appointments if sufficient advance notice of the cancellation or postponement is not provided to Little Paws Animal Clinic (“Cancellation Fees”). Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice or less than 24 hours advance notice will result on Full Vet Services cost being applied. Canceled or postponed appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice will result in no penalty.
